Discussion 2: Today's final sermon from Psalm 1 illustrates the deepness of God's eternal love for His children. The Psalmist shows us what our true condition is without the Lord and the resulting fate that our lust of the knowledge of good and evil leads to. However, He uses this darkness to enable us to see His true glory, and in the midst of it all is able to free us from our earthly bondage and unite us with the kingdom of heaven. He is able to raise us from the dead and become alive to His faithfulness and righteousness through faith. By God's grace we are bid to walk through life according to His will, as He leads us and protects us in spite of our weakness and foolishness.

The links included in this lesson testify to the glory of God in our darkness and disabilities. They show how the weak can be strong and the foolish can be wise, when they understand where their true strength and wisdom come from. Continue to look for Jesus in all that you encounter, and you will find Him in places you never expected, as you begin to realize the vastness of His infinite love and grace.
